If you notice I sanded all Gold off the emblems.
Thanks for The Idea Jiffy...

I really like those. I'm hoping I can find some on Craigslist so I can do some trading instead of Spending cash.

Def. go with the soft 8s. Got mine from Summit for 39.99 a piece. Quadratec overcharges at 49.99. If you looking to lift it or put a wider tire on make sure you have the right width and backspacing. I run 31x10.5 with a 3" lift so I got a set of 15"x8" 5x4.5 with a 4" backspace and they're beautiful. Good luck finding them on Craig's list. I wasn't fortunate enough to find any, hope you can.

gotta remember those crager wheels are steel and heavy as heck so gas mileage is going to go down.......ask me how i know.......had some on a 4 cylinder jeep wrangler, put them on my 97 XJ I6 and OMG, she was tired of turning those dang things after 10 minutes, i lost at least 3-5mpg. sold my stock ones on my XJ and bought some mickey thompson classic lock wheels, their aluminum, a heck of alot lighter and look awesome........but then again they were $151 a wheel.

it doesn't matter. i too had the original smoked tint which i had limo tint put on top of it. it makes a huge difference on those extremely hot days. leaving a black XJ sitting outside for more than an hour..is like stepping into a sauna. but after i had them put on, it was like getting into a 70 degree temp room. the only thing that sucks is backing up at night. you will need to develop a set of Bat eyes to see through them. haha

Did the same thing on mine. Have 5% on the rear glass of the hatch and side windows. Agreed with the backing up part lol especially after I tinted my tails so the reverse lights aren't as bright as the were

i can only imagine reversing with the smoked tail lights. i was thinking of putting them bright *ss reverse lights to help me. but that would be a d*ck move on my part if someone was behind me. i'd prob blind & startle them as if they were deers looking into a pair of headlights. hahaha
