33/12.50 Tires with 3.5" lift
Hello. I recently bought a 2001 Cherokee Sport. I was wondering if it is possible to fit 33/12.50 tires under my jeep with a 3.5' lift? Also, what size wheel would be better: 15/8 or 15/10? Thanks and all help is appreciated!

Common wisdom says 12.50 won't fit well on an 8 inch wide wheel, but I've seen it done with no ill effects. Just makes the tire bulge 2 inches past the wheel on both sides. Go with the 10 inch wide for peace of mind and future proofing.

The real question is are you willing to cut your fenders or are you trying to keep the stock look?
Hell on my first Cherokee i had a 3" lift and 35s but I did have to cut a lot for off-roading and even then I was still smashing my tires into the fenders and body...
3" and 35s
3" and 33s
3" and 32s
As far as the wheel size I'd prefer the 15x8 it gives it a stout skinny tire approach...
The 15x10 gives more of the bulldog approach...
I had 3.5" and 32s and I rubbed my front bumper every tight turn....

It's absolutely feasible, I would say actually recommended. It will take a bit more work though. Cut fenders and proper bumpstops are all it will take. I would run the 8" wheel to keep it slightly more narrow and less of a chance of losing a bead.
