i'm about to put a 3" lift kit on my 97 xj, i was wondering what are the benefits between the add a leaf vs the full leaf and also im stuck between a rough country vs a rusty offroad lift, your advice will be really appreciated.

On the other hand, aal flex better than a full leaf pack. If your leafs are in good condition, then the aal will be fine but if they are shot and in a W shape, then go with full leafs.
