if you have the wiring schematics, its just trace and connect. when i had my spec-v sentra, i helped my buddy swap in a vq35 from a maxima, we were one of a handful of ppl on the sentra forum who did the swap and didnt have one cel....all we did is spread out the wires flat from the old harness, and made a photcopy of the wires, and did the same for the new harness, and we then got the layout of what wire was what, and traced on paper what wire from new connected to wire from old. took about 1-2hours, and went smooth...

Also I think on the Hemis they require inputs from the original vehicle body control module before they will allow fuel and spark as part of the security system. This cannon simply be bypassed, its a bag of worms from hell.

i have a 01 xj with a hole in the side of the block at #4 cyl. so instead of spending the money on a high milage 4.0, i was looking to swap a 5.7 out of a pick up truck that has been crashed, i can use the entire power train, but the only thing that is holding me back is not being able to find a conversion kit for the electrical system. im a mopar level4 certified tech i know how much of a animal that can turn into without one, i want to keep it multi port injection and still have everything work properly without looking like some frankenstine jeep, the only thing i was able to find was motor mounts from rustys. but any input on where i can find a plug and play system would be awsome
did you ever do this I’m looking into doing the same thing wanted to know how it went I have a 05 magnum R/T with no title and a 01 Cherokee so I have everything I need besides custom mounts and what not
