Default Bumper

Got the bumper sandblasted and primered today. Although during shipping all the hardware was missing or they forgot will give AJ Offroad a call on Monday.

Ok... What about those leaf spring things? How do those links disconnect and reconnect?

On the bottom you pull up then out and it disconnects from a small ball then you tie them up to sway bar. I'll post closer pic tomorrow.

Default 8-19-12 Update

1. Got XJ back with new lift
2. Removed rear stabilizer bar.
3. Installed H4 Headlights and relay harness.
4. Removed Front Stock Bumper.
5. Mocked up new AJ Bumper they forgot the mounting hardware or lost in shipping.
6. Remounted vacuum canister to overflow tank.

Thanks Just would be nice to have the mounting hardware I just finished painting it. I need to save my pennies for a winch to go with it.

Completed the Cut And Fold today took quite a while very happy with it. Tires won't rub there anymore.

UPS the adult Santa delivered the hardware for bumper, new Hobart Handler 210 welder works on both 115 and 220 volt and auto darkening welding mask.

Default AJ SlickRok Bumper Installed

Got the hardware unfortunately missing lots of bolts and all the nuts. So a trip to my local Ace True Value $54 dollars later all grade 8 hardware and its on.

Tire already rubbed on first trail run. I had to beat passenger side in with sledgehammer. The cut and fold took care of that area.
