I am starting my build on my 2000 XJ. It was bone stock with 120k on the clock when I got it.

Want a reliable DD that we can take hiking and camping, but not serious off-roading.

My plans are:
3 in lift
31 in tires
SYE
New antenna
New radio
Hood vent to keep the cyl 3 misfire from happening.
Roof rack
LED's

Would like to get the engine really clean and rebuilt essentially to last me a long time. Also want to learn how to work on an engine and how everything works. Posting this here because I know I'll need help!

good looking rig, but ditch those ole *** Laredo wheels and throw something on the ICON wheels.
