I have a question. Will a flowmaster super 44 series muffler fit on my jeep? When i go on amazon it say it will not. but i see no reason why it wouldn't. The muffler i have picked out is flowmaster super 44 series 2.25" center inlet and 2.25" offset outlet.
It'll fit. None of them are direct "bolt-ons" as you're just going to cut out the old one and reweld the new one in its place.
Why 2.25"? That's a little tight for a 4.0 and 2.5" seems to be the norm.

Something like that but what's where's the fun!?! If you're going aftermarket, take advantage of having freedom of choice. A Flowmaster Muffler is going to be louder than stock no matter what the inlet/outlet so you might as well open it up a bit. 2.5" is just right for a 4.0 - not too big to loose vital backpressure.

Alright i know i haven't posted for awhile so i ll tel what i have done, ill have pictures up tomorrow. Right now it still sitting at stock height, but i have finally got it running like a champ. I have also painted the fender flares and the molding down the side with bed liner. Then to match that i painted the rims black, they looked terrible. Eventually new rims will come but i'm happy for now.

I have a few questions, i have done some research and have gotten a few different answer so i figured i'd ask some people with experience, first.
Do Throttle body spacers help at all?
what about boring it out?
im thinking about doing both.
Also will gutting my catalytic converter make my jeep any louder if i still have my muffler on?
