2000 XJ with IRO 5.5 and 35's
Have not done a build thread yet on any I've done, and didn't take very many good pics but here's what I did get.
Started with a wrecked 2000, hit in the drivers front. put a new nose on after having the "frame" straightened and putting DirtBound Offroads strengtheners on. Swapped in a HP 30 in the front, and started with a set of Rubicon express 3.5 coils and 2.5 add a leaf, 267/75/16 tires on raceline wheels, ran it for about 7k miles and they worked great, but I wanted more.
I bought a 95 2 door that had 4:56 gears with an HP 30 front and a 35 rear (ya I know) with an Aussie? locker front and an OX in the rear, and a Tera low case. Robbed the axles and T-case, and then sold the Jeep for exactly what I paid for it! (i.e. free axles and T-case)
Then it was on to a complete Iron Rock Offroad 5.5 long arm system with Bilstein shocks. Ran into a few bumps but with determination I got it all sorted out and it works great. Front springs are a little soft on the road so I put on JKS quick disco's so that I could keep the sway on for the "higher" speed driving. Added the Napier flares for the cut and fold, but havent done the cut yet, so I modded the bumper caps to fit my rear bumper and the flares. Put on a set of 35's and thats how it sits now.
Soon to get WJ knuckles and good steering, and a roof rack, re-done front bumper, cut and fold, and who knows what else!
Will have pics as soon as this thing lets me download em

I will subscribe to this.. Sounds like you have been having some good fun!! I just ordered my IRO 5.5 Long Arm for my ZJ only im going to run 33's.. I would be interested to see what your looks like with 35's!!
Also any helpful tips on the Lift Install?? I am just worried about bending my drag link so far so I think I am just going to grab IRO's OTK steering as well.

Helpful tips....,penetrating lube on every nut and bolt is probably the biggest, but you probably already knew that. Make sure everything is tight as you are assembling the parts, check again after a shakedown run. Read the instructions start to finish before you actually start, and do it right the first time!
Still cant get pics to download...worked yesterday on a different thread?

No SYE installed yet, has vibes but not bad. Will probably put the Tera Low I have in, it has an SYE already. Steering is stock right now, did not have to modify anything, but the bumpsteer is not the greatest right now. Will be doing WJ knuckles like I said, and good steering then also
