Quote: Hey uh did you use a relay for the Hellas? I think I heard that if you want to run bigger lights off the factory switch, you should...I guess it's too much for the stock switch to handle? Just maybe something to look into researching, as I'm not sure how accurate I am, but I just thought I'd mention it if it could potentially help someone....
I think there's a relay from the factory already on the fogs.

There is indeed a factory relay it just depends where you got the connection to your stock switch. It may have been hit before the relay. I'm not saying you did our didn't just clarifying.

I just unplugged the wires going into the factory fogs and wired the Hella's right into those wires.

I love the Jeep man, it looks great! I'm fixing to get some 31's, I keep going back and forth between the BFG all terrain and the General Grabber AT2.

Had to pry up this nonsense to get to my shocks...

Shocks mounted.. I wanted to tack weld these nuts.. but my buddy with the welder was busy.. so they stayed like this.

I had some extra jute in the garage so I cut a piece and layed it down

Shocks all mounted up, 4º Shims are in place

Here's the new pinion angle.. it's actually at 3º. I was at 7º before I was getting a little vibes at 30 and 60 mph. Its a LOT better now, but I think I should have used 5º shims to get it at 2º. I might try that some day to see how that does.

Bilstein vs JK shocks

JK's are a softer shock. They rode nice, but the 5100's are SOOOO much better.

I also hooked up the rear sway bar. I live on windy roads and like to speed so there. Some day I'll look into quick disco's for both the front and rear...

I have 2 little ones, ages 5 and 7 and their big heads flop over the back seat. So naturally to avoid teh whiplash, I installed headrests out of a ZJ.

Add a 1/2" spacer on top of this to get them flush with the back seat.

LED lights bought from Snajo. Best money I've spent in awhile... super bright! Easy install too.
