Quote: No front pic right now I don't think....

Funny, I'm on my way to long arms, 4.5 and 33's... I should went this route from the beginning...
Yeah I'm kinda debating if I should just go bigger from the get go myself.....

However I really don't want to have to regear, yet anyway. May go 4-4.5 and just run 31s for a while, then regear and go bigger. It is my DD too so don't want to kill my mileage until I can regear either.

I don't think a 3" lift is big enough for 31's unless you're going to do some cutting..

I'm going 4-4.5" with my 31's... and later on when I regear and add the 33's I'll cut what I need to. I have to do this in stages as it's my DD too.

Really? I've seen quite a few builds with 3" and 31" tires... I know we have the smaller fender well opening curse of the 98-01' models, but from the looks I figured I would be okay for say 31 BFG ATs with a true 3" lift.

Dont forget that not all "31s" are actually 31 inches...also you may have to trim the front bumper ends just a tiny bit...but wheels with spacers or less backspacing will not rub as much at full turn on the LCAS, but are more likely to rub the bumper. And if you disconnect your swaybar, you're more likely to rub when flexing. But you can bumpstop to prevent rubbing while flexing, too...

All good points! Yeah I figured the bumper ends might need a little trimming and I plan to go to probably a 4" BS wheel. The BFG ATs are 30.7" tall.

Curt Hitch install with JCR nutstrips.
GET THE NUTSTRIPS!
They are perfect. Them and the hitch REALLY firm up the unibody.

And with the bumper on it tucks up there very nicely.

Wow, gonna get it paint-matched or just leave it black?

I'm going to get it painted to match.

The cowl is functional so hopefully it'll help avoid hi temps under the hood during idle/low speed use.

Love the cowl hood. If you had
Black wheels or accents I would say maybe leave it, but with your setup so far painting will look great

It's getting painted next week. I can always use a matte or flat vinyl charcoal grey over the cowl at some point if I go with a dark/blackout look.

Somewhat along these lines...

That would look great with the cowl in black if you painted your trim to match.
