Default 1999 cherokee (limited) build

i have a 1999 cherokee that i just picked up from a friend, it has 99,345 miles on it and i only paid $2,000 for it. Nothing is wrong with it, no scratches or rust just found a good deal buying from an older couple.

its the limited package, 4.0 liter inline 6 with the automatic transmission (the ax15? maybe) and power everything

List of parts:
-3 inch lift (rough country) $350
- 31.50's all terrains with the stock rims (snow flakes) $450
- steel bumper with a winch if i can find a decent deal $350
- ill look for some lights (suggestions?)

i have driven through a little bit mud, and explored through some easy trails at a local ORV park.

I have a $1500 dollar budget for parts listed above, my brother also owns a shop and he said i can use a bay when needed.

first time build for me personally so please give me suggestions for making it efficient while installing parts

Update:
i ordered my RC 3 inch lift kit a few days ago should UPS says tuesday (1/29/13)

For tires i decided with the Kelly safari TSR MT's in 31X10.50 (Havent shipped yet)

i want to do a steal bumper because i like both the look of it and the ability for a winch and light mounting, but i have not decided yet. please give suggestions as to company's and styles of bumpers.

ATTENTION: i love the look of those new rubicon style rims on the new jk's. My brother tells me i need an adapter to fit them anyone done that yet? or know of a post?

Update: 1/14/15

Its been awhile since ive updated, but here:
1.) New AC compressor, and condenser
2.) New rear main seal, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket
3.) Everything with breaks was redone

I am getting some new stuff tomorrow in the mail:
1.) Tow hitch, transmission cooler, and electronic transmission temp gauge
2.) Monroe Steering stabilizer
3.) Hella 500 series off road lights are getting mounted to my bumper
4.) New fuel pump

If anyone has any suggestions on installment of anything to make it easier, let me know.

I would recommend getting rid of that thing asap, those are nothing but money holes.. I will give you $1800 for it!

Good fiind man, great miles.

The RC 3" is a great kit, that is what I am running, just make sure to get full leaf packs since those old ones are shot by now.

KC's are my light of choice, love them.

Go with 32's and trim a little fender so you aren't kicking yourself down the road for bigger tires after you buy the 31's..

Good luck!
