Right now I'm not too sure. I think I'll put a twin stick t-case and keep stock high pinion gearing.

I have pictures of the chain.. they arent pretty

I may go full width.. Dana 60s are for the truggy.

Also examined the front axle and how its attached to the body and the whole front axle wiggles around. Track bar bushings are bad or just the whole axle is bad

I found a Transfercase!!! Its a NP242J-- Same as what my grenaded transfercase was.

I bought it for $25 and it looks perfect on the inside. I'm going to buy a chain tonight and then after I have that swap out axles

Buying a transfer drop kit, chain, and still trying to find a front driveshaft and I'll be all good to break something else at RockFest!

Going to buy ZJ Rotors and calipers, ZJ Tie Rod, Hopefully front driveshaft and POSSIBLY D44s tomorrow!!

OK fellas!! So the Jeep HASN'T been sold and after Rockfest in Auburn, AL this weekend, I'm keeping the Jeep!

I've done more work yet again!





















Going to get a new front driveshaft later this week along with being on the lookout for D44 axles and a Dana 20 T-case.

Got the trans out today and working on it, Also got the exhaust all finished up with a Flowmaster 10 Series.

9/3/11:

Bought a AC bypass pulley, Transmission mount and a front driveshaft. Now have to buy new u-joints and oil and the Jeep will live on! Until I get the D44/F9" axle conversion

The black canister in the front bumper? Yeah I think so but the canister was broken and the cruise control was no use for me.
