So, we got "the paperwork" for the Grand.
Let our guard down and accepted the person's word that it was all filled out.

He -refuses- to put anything other than his name on the lost title paperwork, told us to "make something up" for his birthdate and driver's license number. As if that would work...

I *hate* idiots. He seems to think we don't need his information to transfer title. All he wants is his name off of it, yet won't do what it takes to do that.

Oh, and we found a parking ticket inside it... so there is that lien.

So...
either push it out onto the road and let the county tow it... or part it out and scrap the rest...
