1990 Laredo Build

Hi, Just purchased this little red jeep for $500.00 thats gonna be my new little project, it has 253,000 miles 4wheel drive works all it needs is a valve cover gasket. which is about $4.99 at O'Reilys this is gonna be a slow build considering the fact im 17 yrs old and still in school but it should be interesting, Please Enjoy. in the 2nd pic its both of my jeeps

Ah their a old set of wheels & tires i dident even think to check the tire pressure haha. this jeep is parked for now anyways

Yea whats the plans? You didnt want to use your late model XJ as a trail toy?

i wanna put a 4.5 lift and trim the fenders far up for 35s, ima weld up the spider in the rear i plan on painting it army green, Put it on either 15x8 or 15x10 D-Window wheels i plan on just disconnecting the front end for the sake of flex lol. The build will initially start right after christmas. ill have money then

No because its my daily driver lol and my first car. This 1990 Jeep cherokee laredo is actually the first car iv bought with my money

Spray can Tan that's my vote, but green is cool too..

Like an army green i thought about the tan i like it too but i want a green & black theme. I cant wait to reallt start this build.

ima be really creative and try to make it different from everyone elses

Sounds like your on the right track. I had 2 driving jeeps once then I realized its really expensive having 2 jeeps on the road/trail. I DD mine to college and work while Ive been building it. I really wanted to build my other one that I still have but have neither the time or money to do it.

thanks, i just changed the valve cover gasket so i hopefully fixed the leaking oil problem. and all my money goes into these jeeps. i dont have many bills, Cell Phone and insurance and just gas lol and rest is play money.
