Thanks for tips and photos modrod. Great work on the headliner, the contrast of the maroon and black headliner looks pretty good actually, I like it. I'll make sure to check that rubber stop.

You're welcome and thanks, if you ever have any questions let me know. I'am cool with the black headliner. It breaks up all that maroon that it has in there. lol! My 92 Mustang was all red also. I got used to it, but at first it was crazy looking to me.

nice, i have the gangsta lean on both of my front seats...both towards the outside..ive just kinda delt with it b/c of the difficulty of finding the red in the jy..esp in good condition. ill have to take a pic this weekend when i go home of what the PO did to my headliner to make the sag look good (or at least acceptable and like it could have been stock) I kinda want to get a new tank too, i have the smaller 16 or so gallon tank and want the larger 20 gallon. but there is a lot more that i have planned for mods before i deal with that.

Haha yeah as long as the saggy headliner is gone I'll be happy. ae racer you should get the 20 gallon tank, I bought mine and my new pump from rock auto, it was spectra brand, seems to be great soo far, got it all installed with no probs, just years of sand and dirt knocked into my eyes, haha. Yeah trying to find good seats in the maroon is really hard. My seats have been replaced with gray ones from a pervious owner though soo, soo I just matched the gray one, heres some pics from today.

Thanks! The 20 gallon tanks are great, I was glad that mine came stock with one in the first place and not the 13 gallon tank.

Was that the thread in the how too section? That would be the best way to go, I was thinking of taking mine apart too clean, as well as my carpet, plus I want to check the rest of my floor to see how solid it is. Haha kind of scared to see what I'll find.

Next up is the oil pan gasket, rms, trans mount, and power steering hose. Then I can install my front skid plate. And I will be working on my headliner friday when I get paid.

Nice man, I really should do this to my front seats. Keep me posted how it goes. I've only seen xjs with the maroon interior twice at the junkyard. I've been tempted to swap it all for the tan or grey interior before but thats alot of work and I do like the maroon interior haha. Here's a current pic of my xj now and one of my tow hooks.

Thanks man! yeah I really do need to paint them, however I've been thinking of just buying a new set because one rim is bent. I found a place close to me that sells the white wagon wheels. I can get 4 with center caps and new lugs nuts for 300 bucks and that includes mounted and balanced. So I may just go that route when I get the bucks. And glad to help anytime man! Glad it went well and you're enjoying it

Well got my headliner on sale, got about 3 1/2 yards for 25 bucks. Going to be installing that next week. Got the whole week off! Got lots of plans. Today I got tired of looking at my rusty wheels and decided to paint them, since I won't have the money to buy new rims for a while. I still have to do another coat on the front rims, ran out of paint. They don't look too bad, look great from far away haha
