gotta love when a friend shows up with $70 you forgot about..got all the gaskets i need to slap it back together and got to go out to dinner with my family. Picked up a head gasket, intake manifold/exhaust manifold gasket, and a valve cover gasket which i still need to clean and paint..wanted to do that to the intake manifold as well, but i don't know how i am going to be able to do that.

true, but i remember the bolts for the head that have studs on top and not just bolt heads on them go on the drivers side of the engine, its all the wiring i am worried about although i didn't really disconnect too much wiring..but i have all data if i need it so i should be ok.

yeah new problem....my torque wrench doesn't go to 110 ft lbs...so i cant torque the head down all the way. Also i have brand new lifters in there and my rockers are still wobbly like i can move them with my hands is this normal for hydraulic lifters? is it just because that portion of the cam is not pushing the lifter up? Other updates are i got my intake mani cleaned and painted looks great. now i just have to get a freeze plug to replace on the block and a radiator and i can put it all the way back together.

so i decided that i am probably going to go OME budget boost for now due to it only being 299 with shocks..but we will see i wan't to be lifted and have a decent set of tires sooner then later, plus my buddy with the 4.5 RE lift i was going to buy is buying his 8.5 sooner then thought so it probably wouldn't be long till i was sittin at 6.5 inches.
