Added the cb whip and made a bracket for behind the light
Alternative fuse box

INSPECTION!!! WOOO

Winch is in backwards because i put it in real quick to get some bolt holes drilled. (i have to cut down the v area to fit the line without rubbing and then re weld that spot again)Name: 20131124_185149_zpsee404313.jpg

Thanks

As for the roof rack. I seen a write up on another forum that im going to copy. He used the stock rails.
Im going to drill two holes in these 90's and two bolts will go threw to the little metal rectangles in my stock rails. Then on the other side of the 90 im going to drill a 1/2 hole and throw some all thread across with 3/4 inch emt conduit around it. All works out well it should hold everything i need pretty secure. (my version is just beefed up a bit)

Got the cross rails done and painted today, also installed my roof rack, and put my two kc lights on it (might wire it up tonight or tomorrow along with installing my winch back inn.

Cut up some angle iron
drilled two holes for the bolts to go to the stock slides for the cross bars
drilled another one at the top to put the 1/2 all thread in
Then i put 3/4 emt conduit around that to brace it
cut to length.
paint
and enjoy your $40 home made cross bars

Overall they seem pretty damn strong, keep in mind i found this idea on another forum and am very happy with it. It was very easy to do and i only broke one drill bit!

If anybody is interested in a write up on it id be glad to.

Went on a trail with my local club, had a blast. Realized how much i need to do bumpstops and trim my fenders. Also need some shocks pretty bad. Also realized i need a valve cover gasket. And maybe another gasket but cant tell lol. Either way, im happy. Dailey/trail rig is holding up.

Also i am very very happy with the kenda klever tires, they did amazing today!

ok so today i fixed up the hack job from the previous owner on the front fenders (still need to throw some fender trim on there but i painted it black for now until i decide if im going to bed line them later on. Also i maid up some quick disconnects (still need to add another washer in there. Might throw two of them in and shave one down really low for a nice and snug fit. Overall, about 1 and a half of work.

Before.

well yesterday i played in the snow for about 30 minutes before work. Then today i did spark plugs, new air filter, sea foamed threw my throttle body, and fixed a vaccum leak that i knocked loose when messing with the coolant temp sensor (which did not fix my problem). Also did the coolant temp sensor lol.
Tonight at 645 i am meeting a guy for a clayton 4.5 inch lift and some bilsteins. Pretty excited to get everything up and going with them.

Nice build man! How do you like your Kendas? I run the same tires and I love them, I am just curious what other Jeepers think of them too.

Well fixed my mossing issue. 2 of the 6 new plugs I put in were not gapped. They were completely shut actually. Any way now it runs perfect. I have a valve cover from a 99 cherokee on the way. Pay $30 for it. Will be doing the upgrade. Pretty pumped on that. And might put the front of the 4.5 inch on today. Clayton uses some thick metal.
