Default 1988 XJ Wagoneer build!

My "88 Woody will be a DD,BOV and mild off roader.Picked her up from the second owner with 75K miles. The first pic is when she was just dropped off with all the writing on the windows of how great it is!The next pic has the BB lift installed, waiting for some new rubber. So far she's had NEW-oil + filter, front brakes,u joints and wheel bearings.I also cleaned up the underside and re-undercoated it(didn't need much).I spend alot of time under my veh.'s making sure they stay nice and rust free!I get alot of strange looks from people. They know something's different, but just can't put there finger on it at first.Unless they're Jeep people .

I scored some NEW old style MTR's today for $350-OTD!I LOVE the look of these tires, esp. much more than the new ones.I've been on the fence between 235's/30's,i ended up with the 235's.I'll be pulling a small utility trailer so i didn't want to change the gear ratio much. Now to order some soft 8's .

Clean. Looks like you could eat off that undercarriage! What'd you coat it with? Almost looks like bedliner?

Good score on the tires, too.

I use Rust-Oleum PROFESIONAL undercoating.By FAR the best out there, and i've tried many through the years. The underside of this Jeep was very clean, all i had to do was maintnence.I gave the whole thing a wire brush scuffing, and looked for(and repaired)a few cracks in the original coating. Then i gave it a new topcoat of Rust-Oleum.
