Default 1988 Cherokee pioneer build

So im getting my 88 cherokee pioneer soon, and im going to need some help from other members because its my first vehicle, and there's a lot i want to do to it but im not sure how to do half of it. friends would be cool, maybe stay and chat too, cause im new to the jeep scene, but basically here are the major problems at this point:
- no rear bumper, hopefully someone can link me some good looking bumper fabs?
- also looking to build a matching front bumper and brushguard
- 2nd gear syncros are on their way out
- the motor runs a little rough, it starts to stall but it revs back up
- and many other minor things

if you can't tell by now, im not much of a car guy, i mainly focus on boats, but im trying to get into working with cars, so any help would be awesome. ask as many questions as you want and i can answer to the best of my ability.
