01 XJ Build Thread 'Burgendy Heep'
2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport
127,500 Millage
Interior - 8/10
Exterior - 8/10
2nd Owner, Have all recent receipts on past and current work threw the years. I picked the Jeep off an older lady who needed something bigger for her kids. The sale price was 5,300$. We negotiated and she accepted my offer of 4800$.
This will be my first build thread, and there is a lot of catching up to do so bare with me and all the pictures but will the best I can to keep it in order! Here we go!

Once I got home
Few short months after it was time to lift it. Looking back I wish I spent little more money and went big, but not sure on what I wanted to do with the Jeep I just stuck with a basic 4.5" Lift AAL from Zone Offroad.
The lift took around 8 straight hours, Only problem we ran into was the rear shock bolts broke off in the body.

With a little bit of money to play with, I ran across a set of x5 17x7.5 Rubicon's with 32" MT's that where in pretty good shape!
To run these sense the bolt patter was 5x5.5 I ordered a set of wheel adapter spacers

One weekend I did the cat delete to open it up. I have on order a Flowmaster Super 40 Series.
I am actually really happy with the sound note and in my opinion sounds great!
Also this one weekend way back I was doing the front u-joints on the drive shaft and the bolts broke off in the yoke so I ordered a HD Yoke U-Bolt style.
It all went smooth and I think this yoke is the way to go, Really recommend it to anyone wanting to do a simple upgrade when necessary!

Picked up a st of newer injectors from a 2010 Jeep Liberty!
I did a lot of research finding the right set to go with, Not really sure the spec's on these off top my head but they are pretty much the same as stock, Just give a little more flow, and Instead of 1port hole from stock, These have 4port holes.
No problems I have noticed with these, Actually my gas millage improved just a tad, Also the throttle response.

Hard to see, but this is this summer, I bedlined the rockers on the doors and had the front windows tinted to match factory.
Then got creative and took the doors off

Here is a little project I did few weeks back, I was pretty unsure of it and almost backed out, But I am glad I didn't! I ordered me up a set of A-Pillar Light Brackets from Detours Offroad! Must say that the product and hardware is great, installation took around 2-3 hours, went pretty smooth. It is pretty difficult and just have to take your time and if your a perfectionist like me, its hard!
They come already primed, Any duplicolor paint will hold great!
I did silicon all around the bracket, and water tested them that day and have not had any problems sense!
Rockin the Hella's 700FF. They are slim, VERY bright and don't cause a blind spot
