In need of assistance PLEASE!. Start off im on my phone so please bare with my grammar and spelling......
Quick rundown.. went and played in a mud hole.... Submerged the jeep, got pulled out *6in water in driver side* drove towards the edge of the pit and right at the end i started to get stuck so i mashed the pedal, tires are spinning mud is flying motor is roaring i feel the pass side kick up real high them she comes back down and the rpms run out to the limiter i let off and hear my fan mashing the shroud and the 4wd shifter is pulled all the way back (was in 4hi). Once i got pulled from the pit i noticed i ripped the tcase off the frame, pulled the dahaft and got her flatbedded to my station, got her on a lift yesterday and shes drivable..... I know i prolly have water in the trans so tomorrow im gonna drop the pan amd replace fluid/filter... Hopefully i didnt waste the trans..... My issue now is idl how the linkage goes on the the tcase. Can anyome help me? I have an auto hobby shop on base in yorktown i can use if you have the knowledge.... Also it fried my stock amp. Does anyone have a bose amp i could swap in to see it it will work before i go out and buy a new amp or one off ebay? Your time, knowledge, and help will be beyond apprexiated, and compensated.... If it runs fine after i do the fluids i wont mind driving it, but as of right now i wanna keep it to nare minimum driving
