Plasti Dipped my Classic II's yesterday while I was working on my jeep. They were finally dry enough to put on the jeep today. Sorry for the jeep crappy cell phone pic. I'll get a better pic tomorrow.

Thanks! I like how the black on black looks on yours.

Meanwhile, my buddy just picked up a nice trail rig for his wife.

Ya for the front fenders pull of your factory flares and just use a cut off wheel and cut up to where the lip is. Then make smalll cuts up toward the crease line for that lip all the way around the fender. Then hammer and fold those cuts you made around and now that lip will be on the inside of the fender and can hold your inner fender liner in if you still have it. The crease line will now be the edge of your fender. It will be a smooth roll instead of a sharp edge that could possibly cut your fender.

For the rear fenders you need to remove the factory flares and only cut off just the very bottom rolled edge. Its not much. *(You need to make sure when your cutting that you don't cut into the spot pinch welds. There are a few of them around the rear fender. They are what hold the inner fender and outer fender together. If you cut them off. Your inner and outer fenders will come apart and you will have a big problem to fix)*. Ok so after you cut off that bottom rolled portion,.. look and find all your spot pinch welds and make cuts up toward the lip making sure you don't cut into the spot welds. After you've made cuts all the way around the fender keeping sure not to cut into the spot welds then hammer and roll those cuts around. Making the lip your bottom of your fender and because you didn't cut into the spot welds and you hammered both portions of the fender around it will still hold your inner and outer fenders together.

There you have it your finished cut and rolled fenders. Then you can sand,..primmer,.. and paint your new fenders to what ever color you desire. And your done.

If your talking about the fenced in portion at pick a part as soon as you come in where all the tires are that's not a u pick section. Only staff is aloud to pull parts from those vehicles. If the jeep is all the way back past the big building where they empty gas and fluids then that's were anybody can pull parts. If this is the pick a part off rt 1 in Fredericksburg the big yellow building.
