I'll be up there friday about 12 or a little later. Aint leaving the house until about 9am. Just me.

 

Well I was planning on going, but my boss wants me to go to Greensboro on Friday to get detailed pictures of a jobsite. So unfortunately I wont be showing up this weekend. Also the rest of my crew cant make it either.

 

Things aren't lookin good for me either. My other two guys bailed on me but I'm trying to find someone else to go with. Don't really want to go alone.

 

Damn. I'm out too. Funds getting to tight.

Well went wheelin on some easy trails today, had a good time. Gonna hit some more difficult ones tomorrow. Still debating that actually, ain't anyone here to give me a pull if i stick it considering im winchless at the moment. Gonna have a blast anyways.

Finally home. I hit every trail. This jeep rly surprised me. Only time i had a problem was on Daniel. Rear diff bottomed out on a rock. Other than that, no problems what so ever. Rode friday after we got settled down, all day Sat. and rode a little this morning. I put 46 miles of nothing but trail riding on the OD this weekend. Chewed up my pass side fender a little, nothing a angle grinder can't fix though. Rdy for the next trip.

 

Looks like ya had fun. I wish it wasn't so damn far from here. Ill back up there before the end of the year.

Did you make it up the first ledge on daniel or did you bypass it?

 

I went up Daniel from the double parking to the top then came back down. I rly wanna try the first ledge but since i was alone i didnt try it. Maybe next time you can go and i'll follow you. Haha.

 

I just hope its dry next time. You walk right up it if its dry.

 

Im sure you can. Im gonna conquer that first ledge next time for sure. Just didnt wanna risk breaking something this time with no way to get to town ya know?

 

made it up and down the first ledge no problem on 33x1050s no problem with a spotter!

 

Im going too do it next time. Just didnt have anyone to spot or help out.
