Are you going to run the 35's on 4.10 gears? I thought your rig is your daily driver. 35's are going to deplete your wallet from filling the tank twice a week.

Haven't installed the gears yet unfortunately. Planning on getting 4.56 or 4.88. Plus gas is going down so might as well get bigger tires. Didn't want to run 31s on 4.5 with cut fenders.

Also, at 4.5" you need to be running a SYE, so add the cost of at least a HnT and a rebuilt front driveshaft (to use as your rear driveshaft) too.
Personally, 35's are too big for 4.5". I would run 33's. The axles can handle them without any issues and with 4.10 gears you'll be back to a stock power range around town (4.56's are a little too low for around town IMO. You end up having to be pretty gentle with the throttle when pulling away from lights, especially in the rain and the occasional snow we get, plus my best city mpg was 12, and that was driving it as gently as possible). On the highway you'll be doing about 65 to 70 at most unless you REALLY want to suck down the fuel. Trust me on that one - I ran 4.5" on 33's with 4.56's and my highest highway mileage (while drafting behind another Jeep) was 15.03mpg while driving out to Shoe Creek. I did 60mph the whole way anything over that and I could just watch my gauge needle dropping.
Last thing: if you're planning on LA's in the future I would HIGHLY recommend you do uniframe stiffeners at the same time. Yes it's a lot of welding, but it get's it all done at once and you can run the extra bit into the front wheel well which means even more strength for your uniframe.

In VA I believe you have to go an hour or more past Charlottseville. Public land and private land, trails and access/fire roads.
Starr Motors has private trails, in Suffolk I think.
Carolina trails and beaches are closer. Review the last 3 pages for pictures and info.
