So I bought my ‘95 XJ a few months ago from Copart. Put all the bells and whistles into the suspension (everything was stock from the factory after all these years) and now I’m finding myself in a pickle. I’ve got RC relocation shackle brackets and upgraded RC shackles on their leaf springs in the rear. Maybe a total of 4.5-5 inches. Same thing in the front, around 4.5-5 inches. Does anyone know if the MPV rule for bumper height is still a thing? Also is there anything I should be worried about with getting a rebuilt title if I did the body work myself? Anything is helpful!
