Drove down hwy 12 a while ago while running errands and getting a few supplies saw everyone boarding up windows and whatnot. Mandatory evacuation for my area.
I posted a thread up in off topic too. As of right now it is a cat 3 125 mph winds. Suppose to pass off shore. Sustained winds in the 40mph range and gusts in the 70mph range. So..... tropical storm type conditions. Oh and all the hotels closed up here on the beach EXCEPT the one I work at.... One other is open for news crews and workers only. I have a feeling that we are going to be refunding a LOT of money to those who did not show up for the rooms they rented. As usual the management at the hotel is making a bad situation worse.

ROFL. If you go to the weather channel's website and go to the tropical update the news room people are talking about people making signs that say "CANTORI GO HOME"
wrong spelling but still funny.

Look at the icon right below the actual video. That makes me warm and fuzzy inside. The owner of the hotel I work at kicked him out years ago.

Here is one of the news crews that were recording out back on the sun deck area of the hotel I work at. Note the drunken screaming idiots in the back ground? Yeah.... awesome. SO glad I was off tonight.
