Default greensboro to danville

im trying to buy metal to build my bumpers/ rockers/ roofrack
im trying to find some 2x4 (3/16-1/4in thick) square tubing for bumpers
some 1/4-1/2 in plates for mounts
2x6 square for rockers and some 1-1.25 in dom tubing for roofrack/stinger
im having no luck finding any tubing for my projects. and the scrap yards around me no longer sell their metal. if anyone has some extra or know where to buy some let me know.
thanks

Make friends with a local welding/fabrication shop and order your steel through them when they place a bulk order.

I get my steel through my work like this, I just wait for the welding shop to place a order, I order what I need with it and have it deducted from my paycheck

Wow I did not know that. What is the pricing at these places? Is it expensive for like a couple feet of tubing?
