I might be able to rent a buddies big car trailer for $50. It has straps and a winch. We'd just need a truck to tow with.

That's the plan right now.

That's extremely tempting, but I'd like to save something for the JY divers lol

I'd like to keep this going. Covering the cost of the buyback is the first hurdle, but any money I make beyond that from parting out is going toward my next Jeep and my apartment. I can use every dime I can get right now, so i'm gonna leave this up for a while.

I can get the name of the tow lot on Wednesday when I call. We'll figure out where the best place is.

I know we're a social bunch, and I'm one of the most off-topic out of the whole group, but I'd like to keep this consolidated. Please keep the sidebar in the MD Jeepers thread. Thanks

In case anyone wasn't following, I will need the money as soon people can get it to me. I just mailed in the title today, and I'll call on Wednesday to tell them that I want to buy it back. At that point, I'll get $715 less in my settlement, and I'll need everyone's contributions/payment in order to get my next Jeep. Most of you guys know me, so if you're giving money to me as a loan, and you can't afford to wait 2-4 weeks to get it back, you should PM me now.

Do not know how Maryland is, but I say donate it after we pick it apart, and get more for it than just scrap price on next years return.

Thanks, Mike. I hadn't thought about that.

I updated the original post with a list of equipment, both stock and aftermarket.
I did install a stereo, but I don't know what (if anything) still works. If someone is able to test the speakers/amp/sub, and any of it still works, I'll sell that, too.

Full audio overhaul:
-Kenwood head unit
-5.25" MTX Thunderdomes in front doors
-6.5" Kenwoods in soundbar
-Kicker 10" mounted to the rear bench
-Pioneer mono amp in false floor behind passenger seat

My suggestion would be to bare-bone it, and sell to scrapyard. Looking at roughly $300 just for the shell at spot prices....
