Wharton is fun..... just not for people and daily drivers. Believe me I've been there, swamping my rig one night and driving it to work the next. The best is when you have to dress nice to go to work, and ruin a good work shirt getting out of your muddy a$$ rig haha. Wharton can be much more fun with a XJ that you don't mind getting wet and muddy.

But there's also a ton of exploreing you can do and barely even touch water all day long or just very shallow , you just gotta know your way around I guess , when I swamped mine I knew how deep it was and made it thru it before but it got kinda rutted but I knew what I was in for and I was on a serious trail that not many normal people venture down , most every hole back there has a go around except for 1/4 mile and the swamp loop

Can't go anywhere. The interior is gutted - still working on repairs after flooding. I'ma need a little bit of rust cut out & some welding done.
old rear is out and new one is ready to go in tomorrow. have to wait for the drive shaft though. ordered one on ebay for 74 shipped that came out of a 93-95 (i forget the year) 5.2 grand. so it "should" work.
