Hey guys. Wondering if anyone knows any good place to enter the Pine Barrens now after the trail closures this summer?

ranger station on 206 and a couple places there on 206. plenty of places on 563 and i'm sure a ton more that i can't think of right now.

 

Cool. I was just reading random articles I found about it, and it seemed like they were closing a lot. I just didn't want to make the drive for nothing.

 

Trying to start things back up again

 

Map was taken down from NJ website, not available in the ranger station, and locals told me that a lot of the blocked roads have been unblocked.

I was out there Sunday with friends and put 85 miles on my rig without having to turn around once.

right now its been suspended. offroad guys stepped up and successfully argued it.. the epa agreed to suspend it for now and work with the public on a new plan of action.. a step in the right direction yes, finished, no.
