I'll probably be there for the trip!

 

Dammit!!I forgot to get a throwout bearing and the parts stores are closed..
Well I got the oil pan and rear main done.. The rear main was a PITA because it's the 2 piece style but it's done. Was quite surprised how good condition the crank bearing were for a 20 year old engine..
Got the sye swapped over to newer t-case.

Guess it's getting done tomorrow..

 

So.. should all the Conn. guys meet up at exit 1? and what time?
Just thought it would be cool to get a XJ convoy going lol

 

I'll be leaving Friday, not sure what time yet want to leave early enough so we can get there and still have daylight, i dont feel like setting a tent up in the dark.. and exit one off of 84?

 

Yea exit 1 off I-84 before NY line commute parking lot.

 

I live close and never been there...a bunch of local jeep owners go from my area....if my 5inch lift is on my ram by then I might show up

 

Anyone near Altoona, state college, Indiana, Pittsburgh going? We could run a convoy. How awesome would that be, seeing 3+ lifted XJ's rolling down the highway.

Damn, Im headed down there the weekend before this trip! Oh well, Im in if you guys go again, the season is still young.

 

I posted in the other thread, but im back in business for the trip! cant wait, and all us md south central pa jeeps should meet up and convoy up there. im back on track to be leaving friday...

 

Great! What time do you plan to leave Friday? I am pretty open since I took off work, but my friend that is also going may not be able to leave until 3ish. I have to double check with him.

 

I'm not positive if my buddy is coming either but if he is sometime in the afternoon. I'd like to get up there around 5 or 6 so we can setup camp and all before it's dark
