Ok so Kind of the Hammers what this weekend. I got to be on staff for the race and sadly got up in the high speed part of the course. The rest of my buddys were on the comp course fliping the rigs back over haha. Their were 35 rigs that started and only 10 finished! Most of the west coast guys came to RC thinking that it was going to be so easy that they would not have to pre run but they were sooo wrong
Jotters and Trail 5 was crazy, and braking rigs like it is there job and well it is! I have some pic from were i was on the course and here is a link for more.

I'm still planning on going up there for a full day of wheeling on 14 june. PM me for details and cell number. I have another Delaware local signed on and am looking for some other XJ's to meet up with. Winch or not, all can play.

I was there 4/19, great day for it too. No major damage for me so overall it was a good day, except for the fact that I had to leave halfway through the day because the TJ I was riding with ripped a LCA mount off the axle. Sucks to be him because it was his DD.

I am up for anything in two weeks or so. I have to get my power steering pump (coming in the mail), front and rear tow points, and my cb in and I'm ready to give it a shot.

Ok well I hope I don't get flamed but I just bought my XJ so I dont have any Rausch stories with my XJ yet. But I did bring my almost new 08 Nissan Xterra Off Road edition out there begining of last winter. It's stock except the OR edition comes with skid plates (crappy ones) and a rear locker. I did ok on the greens until someone took us on a green that sure looked like a blue to me. Anyway got thru it fine but I took a very small bit of rocker damage. I pounded it out now and you cant even see it unless you look at it close. I love the place but I'm very new to the sport and would like to learn more. I have 6 days free to use up this year because of a deal that fell in my lap having to do with trading some tires. Any one looking to go out with a beginner and do some greens and work up to some blues get in touch with me.
