Slap a sticker on it. ... but I am aware of the condition of my vehicle year round, I am a full time mechanic that knows a thing or two haha. I look at my brakes periodically, along with suspension and steering, and tires are just obvious on my junk haha. Not to mention I'm tweaking with something on it weekly. So more or less, it gets inspected and maintained year round.
