But yeah, this happens at least once a year, dont get me started...
I can say Talen energy is a and thats why their company value is literally 50% of what it used to be and DEP doesnt like to tangle with power companies, they have huge lobbyist power and reps.
tip of the iceberg for things to come...if i recall last year Talen was fined a whopping $20-25K for this same event. Chump change to companies like this...wait til we go lax on environmental regs, which are public health regs if anything at all
Also just saw PAGC is closing down 2 of 4 remaining pheasant farms, later upland bird hunters.
edit: Here, an article from this summer regarding Talen quoted...To succeed, Talen will need to operate its plants at peak efficiency and aggressively seek out new markets for its power, Palk said...Peak efficiency spells trouble. I wonder what 'glitch' caused the whole ordeal. Losers.

my best guess is illegal water release. Temp shock killed the fish. Doubt it was anything toxic (to us).
But yeah, this happens at least once a year, dont get me started...

No, the pics i saw included all species of fish...muskie, bass, walleye and carp. Carp are pretty resistant to everything!
