Good morning!
Jake...glad to hear about the PCM! Glad someone could use it...it had another few years of shelf life in my basement I'm sure...
I do have a welder, but it's on the fritz and I am replacing it when uncle sam sends me my money. I thought about Jeep parts, but with my plans, the welder is the best thing I can buy my Jeep...lol
Cragar sells rims in every BS available, so be careful. Measure.
Nowhres....HEY!
Gone...you are certifiable.
I still need to figure out my knock....so I will detail it here.
At idle...she sounds like a deisel. When I am on the highway, no such knock. When driving around town, I can start to hear it again right before it is time to shift. It is definitely a knock. I will try and record it later, but it is a low rpm knock when it is at it's worst. I have a 5 spd...so no flexplate :-). I have thought about 5-90's 3000+ RMP trick to see if it is non rotating lifters (apparently 3+minutes at 3000+ rpms will unstick them, tried and proven)...but will stuck lifter cause a KNOCK? cause this ain't no tick.
