I know you guys are smart and all. But did you know I just had a friend take a car for MD Inspection and they failed him for 2 Betty Boop stickers on his rear window they were not able to be seen but apparently a new law passed in Feb says no stickers on the rear window.

Tell him to call up the Maryland Police automotive safety enforcement division in Glen Burnie. Either that or just remove the stickers...for now

yea that sounds completely false. You're allowed to have your entire back window obscured or blacked out tinted if you want. The rear window is not considered a window that needs to be seen though, similar to the rear door windows.
