What year? And are u in a hurry? Both my MJs are 2wd. I'm parting out one of them but I would need something to put under it so I can still roll it around on the driveway

Cool, thanks for the info. I have a Dana 35 but there is someone at work that may part with an 8.25 in the near future.

I believe the disc parts from a 8.25 should work on a 35 as well. IIRC.

Think of it this way. Its the same drum setup from either one. Also, aftermarket disc conversion work for either or.

Default Want a project?

Anyone looking for a project? I have an 89 Cherokee 4x4 with title and a 2WD 95 parts/ donor Cherokee without title, as well as an extra transmission and transfer case. This stuff came to me through a friend and I don't want it. I'm willing to sell it cheap. full condition of vehicles is unknown, but I'm told that the 89 is in working order - needs a starter (it was stolen), oil pan gasket (Leaking) and battery. Let me know if you are interested.

Any idea of the condition of the underside of either uni-body (rust?)

Ill look closer tonight and take pictures. I did not notice if it was excessive on my initial inspection.

Its not bad. there is a spot on each front foot well and a little bit of rust down each rocker. I could not poke through the foot wells with a screwdriver and the areas by the rockers on the underside is not bad enough to even try. the picture below shows the worst of it.

I imagine you want to move all of it but does the 95 have a manual transmission or the extra one a manual?
