Shouldn't need an air hammer. Just a 3-5lb hammer and a punch. Heat them up until they're red if they dont budge. Thats what I did. Just be careful not to catch the carpet on fire. Took about 30 minutes to knock all 4 out.

I don't know but I am glad they have them now, has anyone else done the bastard pack using the S10 leafs, what shocks did you switch to when done?

S10 leafs are common. Shocks depend on how much lift and travel you get

It is sitting a little higher than intended, I was expecting 2 - 2 1/2" and it is sitting closer to 3 1/2" higher than before. All of my web surfing seemed to point me at a new set of JK shocks at factory height but I am concerned about that 1" difference.
