Legal question: My Jeep is tagged historic, does this mean that no vehicle modification laws apply to me? Example: Im going to have 3.75'' BS on my 12.5'' tires. Theyre going to stick out pretty far. Also mud flaps...?
I just want to know because i hear some Frederick cops like to hassle us

Technically historic vehicles arent supposed to have modifications, they just dont have emissions or inspection. I have regular tags and my tires stick out. I've been lucky so far
