welp, Sewer drain is partially blocked and I nor the county guy can find the outside cleanout. Ugh, anyone a plumber here?

Apparently 10yrs ago when the county came and checked the clean out, they stuck a plastic cover back on it instead of the metal one, so basically I have to get out there with a shovel and dig up a section of yard to find it. If that fails I'll have to call a plumber out.
