No, not everything will come with it. What's your plan for wheeling? Rocks? Mud? Both? What's your budget?

225 tires currently.

This lift 100% fits my needs and wants. Sits higher, no steering to mess with, stock shocks, eventually 30" tires, and the gas mileage will be better than my 96.

Huge thanks to Damien and some thanks to Rob too. Lol.
Hey you stated that when you did your lift you did not change any of your steering or mess with anything. If i get a 4.5 inch suspension kit would i need to do a bunch of things to it like mess with the steering and do all the other things?

Look, dont ask so many questions so rapidly. Just relax. Read this thread. Its going to help you a lot.

Whats your goal for this lift? What size tires do you want? Why 4.5"? Is this your Daily Driver?

x2. this thread (maryland one) isn't really the best place to ask about this stuff. explore the forum a little more and see what's what.

My bad i am just a 16 year old kid that wants to upgrade my jeep to look and perform as best as possible yet being affordable. I want a 4.5 inch because that is the second option and I feel like a 3 inch lift would not be that noticeable, why spend time working on them if there not going to be 100% rewarding. I want 32 to 33 inch mud terrian and this will be a daily driver but yet a daily off roader. Every day I will be driving it to school, on my way home I got off roading, all my buds got supped up trucks and broncos and I need to upgrade my jeep.

3" is plenty for 32s or 33s. 4.5" is going to be a lot more expensive. 3" will be plenty capable. My last XJ was and so was my89xj's on 3" and 31s.

Heres my old one on 3":
