I'm gonna put an end to this real fast. Contract was up 11:59 PM 2/6/12. I have seen no money, no attempt to contact me has been made other than this forum. Certified letter was sent out yesterday. I will be contacting State Police tomorrow and claiming the jeep as abandoned and having them tow it, and will initiate court action after that to get monies owed.
There is enough evidence that my attorney has collected off of this forum alone that substantiates the debt.

also mike, keep in mind the FULL terms of our contract. IF the jeep becomes yours, you, by the terms of your own contract, owe ME $300. $500, minus $200 for towing and storage fees, remember? and btw, why go through that, go through court, and a whole bunch of other BS when i just straight up said I HAVE A JOB AND WILL HAVE THE MONEY IN TIME
if you just wait the 10 days specified in the letter you sent out, youll have your $200 in hand on the 16th AT THE LATEST, and ill have my jeep back, instead of both of us losing out on something.
EDIT: Mike, I'm not trying to be a **** on this, there's no reason for you to be. I can provide proof that I have a job if you want it. Proof that I'm not BSing you.
