I mean ive messed up some stuff on this jeep in the past year and a half and the rust is also over my back hatch.
replacement pans can be had, they are much easier to fit than making patch panels by hand. Done it to a few vehicles, no jeeps yet but the process is easy with some basic tools and a welder. Dedicated panel replacement tools make it a breeze though as far as fitment

I just dont see it being worth the time and effort. Plus i dont have a welder. Id have to drive far to get it done. Alexs if he can or Olivers and id have to pay him. The jeep has a bunch of other problems too. They cant be fixed, with time and money. Longer rear shocks, shock mounts in the back fixed, lifted higher to make steering wheel straight, steering still isnt right(loose).

How does lifting make your wheels straight? sounds like you need an alignment or atleast align the wheel

But a shop that does alignments will set the steering wheel center when they are done if its off. Not lift the vehicle to set it straight lol

You set it center. The drag link is all the way in on both ends. Only way to get it 100% straight is go higher.

I also get worried every time i drive over 45 mph because the steering is real loose. Has been ever since i lifted it. Driving across a bridge with just a little wind i have to use both hands and im everywhere on the road. Almost hit a jersey wall last thursday on the key bridge.
