hammer them out using a hammer and a socket that is just smaller than the inside diameter of the caps. then when you cant extract one side anymore, tap the ears with a hammer and it will be good. ive replaced so many god damn u joints it isnt funny. the pic you posted with the markings on the driveshaft... did you have an 8.25 before?

4.5" clayton offroad Long Arm Kit (full with double shear trackbar)
IRO H&T (only because they also give you a refurbed driveshaft... anyone know if they actually refurb it or just spray paint it)
Napier Precision Products Fender Flares (think bushwackers but like 3 times thicker)
HD engineering shackle relocation brackets
and im thinking about a 1/2 inch spacer on the front... depends on how the rear sits...

Yeah seriously. I'll email him now with that picture. Done and done. Hopefully he responds quickly.

Are there any alignment shops in MD that will adjust your caster if you have adjustable lower control arms? Maybe a 4wd place? I'm in Anne Arundel County and would like to pay to have this done correctly. I posted a thread in advanced tech section about the issues I'm having with an alignment and I think I've found the issue. From center of axle rear to center of axle front, I'm getting measurements of 1 inch longer on the drivers side. I just put in new lower control arms adjusted to 16 1/16 of an inch in length exactly but I never checked to see if there were any adjustments to the lower control arm frame side pocket. There's about an inch worth of adjustment but you need shims to go in between the adjustment shoe and back plate of the bracket.
This is a picture(not of my vehicle, I'm just using it to show what I was talking about) of the adjustment shoe that comes out of the lower control arm pocket. You can see the slot in the bracket that allows forward or backwards adjustment in the arm. I will double check this tomorrow but since my lengths are different from passenger to drivers side I'm assuming my caster is different on each side of the vehicle.

@brian, you could call Appalachian off-road. They're located in Westminster, Md. I've heard lots of good things about them. This sounds right up their alley. http://www.appalachianoffroad.com/ao...&menutext=Home
