I got my jeep back finally.. had to replace the hardline from the prop valve, the rear brake hose and both hardlines on the axle.

ugh

And to think, it all started with getting my retreads finally mounted.

Still need to change the front hardlines, they don't leak but they're rusted to the softlines. I should be able to get the prebent ones from the dealer.

So I ordered a new track bar bolt to replace the one Justin and I broke the other night. Long story short I put on the new lower control arms in about an hour then decided to put the new track bar bolt in. I set the torque wrench to 60ft/lbs even though the manual says 74. I was tightening it up and sure enough I snapped it.

I'm going to have to use the grade 5 bolt again.

dude - just get a new one from the hardware store (lowes or ace) so you KNOW it's grade 8. The grade 8 ones will always have the gold colored zinc coating on them, and the 5 hash marks on the head.
