Any electricians that deal with 480V 3 phase power?

Normally, where I work, if you measure power at 480 to ground you should get 270. Measuring phase to phase you should get 480.

Measuring between phases I am getting 480 but here is what I get when I measure to ground.

L1 to ground measuring 480
L2 to ground measuring 0
L3 to ground measuring 480

What equipment are you working on?
Your B phase might be grounded.

A generator for an x-ray machine. I'm searching on the internet and it sounds like I have a Delta configuration at the transformer. What I can't figure out is what readings I should be seeing on my meter when I measure.

Our facilities guy sent me an email saying:
The 480 volt in question is a Delta configuration and not a Y which mean the center (B) phase is a ground or neutral depending on how you look at it, so what you would have L1-L2 = 480, L1-L3 =480 and L2-L3 =480v. but to ground you would read the following L1(A phase)-Grnd = 480v, L2 (B phase) - Grnd = 0 and L3 C phase-Grnd = 480v. Also our 480v is three wire with a ground and no neutral.
