Trying to do water pump. 30 minute job, they said. I can't get the fourth bolt out of the pulley. I try to put in a second one to get leverage. I get the stuck bolt out, but I can't get the new one out without doing the same thing and getting yet another bolt stuck. I always end up with one in.Pulley just spins. Any tips?

Keep ALL 4 bolts in a little ways until all 4 are loose. Leverage something to hold the pulley still while cracking all 4 loose.
Once all 4 are loose (hand tight) take them out.
