Almost clean, probably need another can. Is there a gasket, to seal it back up or rtv grey?

Regardless of what jimmy says, you can over do it.(thermostat, *cough*,*cough) put on a 1/4" bead and let is sit 10-15 minutes. Then tighten bolts evenly.

NEVER! I never put RTV on a thermostat! Only the housing....
