Yep, 3.55 gearing. I was gonna ask about bringing it by for us to work on

I was thinking 2WD or 4WD. As in, wouldn't trans>axle be a different length than TC>axle? But my driveshaft will be going from my TC to axle, so the old one doesn't matter. So...pinion length on D35 vs D44?

In on page3k.

IMHO you got a nice axle for a nice price, whatever price it is for a driveshaft is worth it. though all the technical stuff I have no clue = D for now.

Pinion length difference between a D35 and a D44 is around 1/2". The D44 is shorter and sliding the slip yoke out of the TC the small amount needed will be negligible. That said, buy that axle!!!

Ugh!! A DC Police helo has been canvassing the area and has flown directly over my spot no less than 30 times in the past 20 minutes. Not including the three times it flew by while I wrote this.

I would still try your best to get the drive shaft that belongs with it.

I'll ask him about the DS, but I don't care that much if it's only .5". My DS is long enough that I shouldn't need an SYE unless I go up to 8" lift. Still, I'll see if he has it. And the deal is already made. I'm getting it Sunday.

The o-ring is probably torn. Sometimes they stay inside the rail when you take it apart and you don't even realize there is a o-ring.
