at least you didn't buy the one with the flange output, and then realize as you're installing it that you don't have the driveshaft adapter to attach it to that flange

front xj shaft should work fine for you. If you find you need a bit more length, a ZJ front shaft is an inch or 2 longer.

basically just hold the new flange up and see how much you need to cut off to get it to sit as close to the transfer case as possible, tape a line around the shaft, start the truck and throw it in gear (4LO) so the shaft is spinning, then cut it off. You can also use the shaft spinning (in reverse) to drill the hole since you'll be able to get it in the very center, then just tap the hole and bolt up the new yoke.

Starting to have second thoughts.....I was planning on working outside tonite...giving me a late start tomorrow.

Based on how hot it is already...I am thinking about skipping tonite and getting an early start tomorrow for Crazy Rays....
